seasonal team Member

We’re looking for an energetic, reliable and customer-focused Seasonal Team Member to join our Brew Crew for the busy summer season. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys craft beer culture, thrives in a fast-paced environment and is excited to help create a welcoming experience for guests at the brewery and events. The perfect opportunity to gain experience in the craft beer + hospitality industry!

The successful candidate will assist with taproom service, retail sales, events, brewery upkeep and general customer experience duties.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Provide friendly and professional customer service

• Serve beer and non-alcoholic beverages responsibly

• Take customer orders using POS systems

• Support brewery events and festivals

• Help with packaging, stocking and light brewery tasks

• Promote brewery products and educate customers on beer offerings

• Ensure guests have a positive and memorable experience

QUALIFICATIONS & SKILLS

• Positive attitude and strong work ethic

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

• Ability to work evenings, weekends and holidays

• Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment

• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and remain on feet for extended periods

• Smart Serve certification (or willingness to obtain)

• Ontario driver’s license

• Previous hospitality or customer service experience is an asset

• Passion for craft beer and local community events
