SNACK BAR KITCHEN MANAGER
General Duties:
Manage the Snack Bar kitchen operations in a counter service, independent bar/food setting
Manage a team of 2 to 3 employees
Ordering supplies and stock necessary to run the Snack Bar operations
Preparing food via pizza oven
Servicing customers and accepting orders w/ payment
Delivering orders to tables
Bussing
Maintaining a clean and orderly kitchen
Daily reporting
Job Requirements:
Experience in kitchen management an asset
Experience with pizza ovens an asset
Front-facing open kitchen environment; tidy appearance, proper deportment, and positive friendly attitude necessary
Food Handler Certificate a must
Available evenings and weekends
Wage: $19.05/ hr + gratuities
Position Type: Full Time
Shifts: Thursdays through Sundays; plus additional as dictated by special events
