SNACK BAR KITCHEN MANAGER

General Duties:

  • Manage the Snack Bar kitchen operations in a counter service, independent bar/food setting

  • Manage a team of 2 to 3 employees

  • Ordering supplies and stock necessary to run the Snack Bar operations

  • Preparing food via pizza oven

  • Servicing customers and accepting orders w/ payment

  • Delivering orders to tables

  • Bussing

  • Maintaining a clean and orderly kitchen

  • Daily reporting


Job Requirements:

  • Experience in kitchen management an asset

  • Experience with pizza ovens an asset

  • Front-facing open kitchen environment; tidy appearance, proper deportment, and positive friendly attitude necessary

  • Food Handler Certificate a must

  • Available evenings and weekends


Wage:
$19.05/ hr + gratuities

Position Type: Full Time

Shifts: Thursdays through Sundays; plus additional as dictated by special events
